Use of Ryzo

Ryzo provides website information, lead capture, booking requests, WhatsApp/CRM SaaS tools, automation, APIs, and implementation services. You must use Ryzo lawfully and only for business communications, customer support, marketing, and operations permitted by applicable law and platform policies.

WhatsApp and Meta responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their own Meta Business, WhatsApp Business Platform, WABA, phone number, templates, permissions, consent, message content, opt-outs, billing, and policy compliance unless a written service agreement says otherwise.

Lead capture and meetings

Submitting a website form creates a lead or booking request, not a confirmed contract. Meeting slots shown on the website are requested slots and may be confirmed, changed, or rejected by Ryzo based on availability.

Acceptable use

You must not use Ryzo for spam, illegal content, deceptive messaging, credential misuse, unauthorized scraping, harassment, regulated data misuse, or any activity that violates WhatsApp, Meta, payment provider, hosting provider, or applicable legal rules.

Fees and proposals

Website pricing, estimates, and demo content are indicative unless confirmed in writing. SaaS usage, implementation work, integrations, billing, refunds, credits, taxes, and service levels may be governed by a separate order form or written agreement.

Limitation

Ryzo aims to improve business performance, but outcomes depend on data quality, team adoption, platform approvals, third-party uptime, ad/account policy decisions, and customer operations. We do not guarantee revenue, approvals, or uninterrupted third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or business rights that cannot be excluded.
