Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email, company name, selected meeting slot, requirement details, source page, browser/device metadata, WhatsApp conversation context, and SaaS account activity when you use Ryzo forms, demos, APIs, or product modules.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, open WhatsApp conversations, schedule meetings, provide SaaS access, operate inbox/CRM/campaign features, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and comply with legal obligations.

WhatsApp, Meta, and third-party services

Ryzo may process messages through WhatsApp Business Platform and related Meta services when a tenant connects those accounts. We also use infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, analytics, communication, and payment providers where required to run the service.

Consent and communication

Website lead forms require contact consent before submission. By submitting a form or messaging Ryzo, you agree that Ryzo may contact you on WhatsApp, phone, or email about your enquiry, booking request, service proposal, product onboarding, or support need.

Data retention and deletion

We keep business records only as long as reasonably required for service delivery, security, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or product operations. You can request correction or deletion where legally available.

Security

Ryzo uses tenant separation, server-side API access, access controls, token handling, audit trails, and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive information should be shared only when necessary.
